US Warranty Policy:

If you need a replacement part, please feel free to email us and tell us about the issue you're experiencing. Please make sure to include pictures of what happened in your email to us so we're able to expedite the process. Please also include your original purchase information so we can verify it was purchased within a year or the request.

 

Other Countries Warranty Policy:

Unfortunately due to covid, we no longer are able to provide replacement parts to any countries outside of the US, please refer to your local amazon to get a refund on the product and to get a new set ordered to replace the broken part. We're sorry for the inconvenience for our out of country friends.
